About Our Homeschool Portrait Mini-Sessions

Capture the essence of your child's homeschool journey with our exclusive Fine Art Homeschool Portrait Mini-Sessions. Designed for individual students, our sessions are tailored to create timeless portraits with a classic, clean look on a neutral black background. This is a one-day event (Monday, September 30, 2024) with limited bookings. Families will have the option to purchase either the: Basic Package (1 color or black & white digital image; $40+tax); or the Gallery Package (Entire gallery of 3-4 color and black & white digital images; $90+tax).

How It Works

Booking & Payment 1. Online Booking Only: Sessions must be booked online. No walk-ins/phone bookings accepted. 2. Limited Availability: Sessions offered on a first-come/first-served basis. 3. Payment: Full payment of the sitting fee is required at time of booking. Payments are processed securely online. The sitting fee is separate from digital image package pricing. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. Session Details 1. Duration: Sessions will last up to 5 minutes per student. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a cancellation. 2. Individual Student Portraits Only: Mini-sessions are designed exclusively for individual student portraits. Family or group sessions aren't available during these mini-sessions. 3. Location & Date: Cumberland Road Art Studio, Monday, September 30, 2024: 3333 CR 119, Unit 133, Hutto, TX 78634. Cancellations & Rescheduling 1. No Refunds: All bookings are final. Due to limited session availability, we can't offer refunds for cancellations. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule for a different time on Sept. 30th, please contact us no later than 5pm, Sept. 27th. We'll do our best to accommodate your request; rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: If you don't show up for your session and haven't rescheduled, your sitting fee will be forfeited. Viewing & Ordering 1. Online Gallery: A secure online gallery will be made available within 2-4 weeks after your session. You'll receive an email notification when your gallery is ready. 2. Image Selection: The gallery will include edited, digital images in color and black & white. You'll have the option to select & order digital images from the gallery. Once payment is received, selections will be made available for download. 3. Printing Rights: Your digital package includes full printing rights, allowing you to print your images at your convenience. General Policies 1. No Pets or Additional Guests: Only one student will be photographed as these mini-sessions are designed as individual student portraits, and not as group or family sessions. 2. Health & Safety: Please inform us in advance if your child has any special needs or health concerns that we should be aware of. We'll do our best to accommodate & ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. 3. By booking a session, you agree to comply with these policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to your session.
